"...Wood Floors is committed to giving excellent customer service..."

Warranty

This warranty, in its entirety, is non-transferable and is only covered by the original purchaser of the flooring for 2 years from the date of installation.

Structural Integrity

Wood Floors warrants it's flooring products as per the grade you have purchased, in their original manufactured condition, to be free from defects in milling, drying and grading. In the unlikely event of warping, cupping or buckling of the product because of manufacturing defects, we will replace or repair the defective flooring pieces at no cost to the customer.

Product Quality

Variation that does not exceed 5% is industry standard and is not considered a defect. Hardwood flooring, being a natural product, will continue to expand and contract through heating and non-heating seasons. Properly installed hardwood floors may consequently experience some separation between the boards at different times during the year. If such separations do occur, they are not covered by the Warranty. It is important to maintain relative humidity in a home as constant as possible (between 35% and 50%). Use a humidifier or dehumidifier, as appropriate.

Coating Warranty

The coating warranty covers peeling and/or blistering. Changes in sheen levels over time are not considered a defect.

Installation Warranty

Wood Floors installs according to industry standards as set out by the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA). The specifics can be found on the NWFA website www.woodfloors.org. Wood Floors warranties that their floors will be free from any defects caused directly from an installation error.
