Step 1 - Apply Sika's moisture regulating primer that is used for substrates exceeding allowable moisture levels in concrete. By keeping prisoner the moisture in the cement substrate, the moisture barrier offers the possibility to lay floors without any risk.

It has been a long-standing tradition to use oils and wax to impregnate natural surfaces. The natural appearance of an oiled floor appeals to a growing number of both home and business owners. The character of the natural wood is preserved and with proper treatment, the floor is made more resistant to household chemicals as well as dampness, dust and dirt.

Eukula Hardwax Oil enhances the natural beauty and texture of the wood as it produces an open pore finish, which gives the floor the ability to breathe and allows the moisture to flow through. It provides excellent wood protection, due to its depth of penetration, quick hardening, durability and dirt-repelling surface.
